We believe there is a significant mold issue in this home. We signed a two year lease and are about to move in Aug. 8th and the management company refuses to test for mold. We notified them in June of the issue and never got back to us. They are now saying it is up to us, at our expense, to arrange for a mold inspection. I am hoping to get somebody out there as soon as possible, as I don't think it is habitable.
