Also, it is difficult to believe that the sunroom on the main floor is actually a bedroom; are there photos of that? With regard to the parking, it appears that the said pool structure/patio in the rear of the site was once required parking that has been fenced off (refer to 2016 pool permit), so we cannot now use this space for additional required parking.
