Parks and Parkways Tree Review | Open | &lt;p&gt;As per Sec. 106-218 of the city code, tree protection of the city owned trees in the right-of-way is required when implementing this project to avoid damage to the canopy, trunk or root system, as your project plans show work is to be conducted in the vicinity of one or more public street trees.
No construction debris or materials should ever be stored in an unpaved section of public right of way at any time under any circumstances.
