Description

Request: This is an appeal of the April 6, 2026, decision of the Director of the Department of Safety and Permits, as per Article 4, Section 4.8 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, regarding issuance of permit no. 26-06841-RNVS, alleging the permit was improperly issued based on insufficient documentation, specifically alleging the application did not include the required plot plan demonstrating compliance with the off-street parking requirements for a two-family dwelling use.
