Description

This request is for an administrative design review, including review by the Design Advisory Committee, in accordance with Article 4, Section 4.5 and Article 18, Section 18.32 for the construction of a two-family residentially-zoned structure in the University Area Design Overlay. This is within the Carrollton partial control HDLC District. This request is being reviewed at the August 19, 2026 DAC meeting.
